Do you ship to Australia?

Yes I ship internationally. Every order is sent out with a tracking code via Royal Mail UK.

I have an old photo, it's quite blurry but will you still be able to draw a portrait with it?

Please send the photo by email and from there I can decide. I would always suggest better quality photos, but it isn't impossible to work with blurry images.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes! :)

I'd like a photo of my dogs but can't get them in the same picture together. Can you work from separate photos?

YES! I can work from individual photos and draw them up together; and I can also put together a mock up (via photoshop) so you can see what the arrangement will look like.

How do the payments work?

With each commission I split the overall payment 50/50 - Half is the deposit and the other half the 'remaining amount'. For larger orders such as oil paintings with multiple faces, we can divide the payment into three or four instalments. When you book in for a portrait, you will pay the deposit - this will secure your booking. Once the portrait is complete and you have approved it, you will pay the remaining amount and then the portrait will be shipped to you. For orders with multiple instalments, we can agree on certain payment dates that work best for you.

When will my order be shipped?

When your order is complete and completely paid off, it will be posted on a Thursday or a Monday. 

Once it's been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can track via Royal Mail UK - which will then link to your own country's postal service.
